5. FAQ

Q: How many records can I export at once? A: The plugin supports up to 10,000 records per export. Use filters to narrow the result set if needed.

Q: Can I export requests from multiple projects at the same time? A: Yes. The panel shows all requests where you are the creator or a participant, across all JSM projects you have access to.

Q: The export only includes my current page — is that correct? A: No. When no rows are selected, the export always includes all records matching your current filters, not just the current page. Selecting specific rows limits the export to those rows only.

Q: Can I export requests submitted by other people? A: The plugin exports requests that are visible to your account. Use the Scope filter set to "All" to include requests where you are a participant but not the creator.

Q: The dates look different from what I see in Jira. A: Dates are shown in the Jira server's timezone (displayed as YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm ±HH:MM). If you see a different local time in Jira's UI, it's because Jira's interface converts to your personal timezone setting. The exported timestamps are always the raw server values for consistency.

Q: The Export button is disabled (greyed out). A: The button is disabled when there is no data to export (e.g. filters return zero results, or data is still loading).
